a message from our founder...
Hi! I'm Tia, and I own Le Kemper Hair Lounge. Our salon is built on a team of independent artists who all offer their own unique qualities, personalities, and talents; but they all share the same vision of success. Success to us looks like a team that grows together, learns together, and celebrates together and of course, having a great balance of steady income and lots of time to spend with our families, pets, and traveling! As a stylist myself for the last 10 years, I have learned a lot about being a full time independent stylist, salon cultures, and how to grow my business in a sustainable and successful way. I strongly believe deeply successful salons are created by a team that genuinely like to be around each other, are honest, supportive of everyone, and are all equally driven to be better stylists and business owners. A positive atmosphere and team are a must, we are all eager to learn more, grow more, and we all cheer each other on and celebrate everyone's successes, met goals, and growth. Although everyone is independent and rents their chair, we move as a team. We help each other, support each other, and we have conversations together about our goals, our wins, and how we can improve. As an owner, I am deeply invested in my salon team. It is a huge part of what I love about being a leader, helping my team meet their goals and keeping everyone motivated and thriving in the salon, and out of the salon!
